Introduction to Garment Making - Artisan Pants
£ 55.00
As an introduction to garment making you can join me for this fab workshop at Oh Sew Sweet to make the Indygo Junction Artisan Pants.

You will learn how to:
• Read a pattern
• Select your size
• Cut your garment
• Apply interfacing
• Make a pocket
• Sew Seams
• Elasticate waist
• Create pleats

This wide-leg pant is a sophisticated elastic-waist garment constructed with a choice of two rises; natural waist or mid-rise style. A two-inch wide hidden elastic band gives a smooth finish without extra bulk. The back features patch pockets accented with topstitching. On both sides of the front, find a pair of petite, subtle pleats that are top stitched down in matching or contrasting thread.

This workshop is perfect as an introduction to sewing clothes and is perfect for beginners or those who need a refresher to help increase their confidence.

You will walk away with your beautiful made by you Artisan Pants, a unique item that you can be proud that you made yourself. Find your happy place in the mini hut at Oh Sew Sweet for £55 (price includes your pattern).

To give you the widest choice and allow you to create something even more personal, fabric is not included for this workshop. (However full guidance will be given on fabric requirements on booking.)
